William Gargiulo, business author (Make It Work), talent practice speaker, and principal/founder of Level4 Group, consults to many Fortune 250 Global Companies. William's career and expertise span 20+ years across multiple continents in both healthcare, manufacturing and consumer goods industries.
Prior to creating Level4 Group, William was the Vice President of Talent and Organization Development for a 41 billion dollar healthcare conglomerate as well as the Global Director of Talent for a 25 billion dollar consumer goods organization.
William's experience specializes in building, integrating and sustaining innovation, high performance and organizational engagement through all aspects of the talent practice lifecycle.
This includes: assessment and selection, on-boarding, high performance and engagement, leadership development, succession management and workforce planning.
William is also experienced and accomplished in Organization Design and Change management, and has partnered and worked with leading thinkers in both fields.
William has also been instrumental in leading several multi-billion dollar organizations to be recognized externally, including being a Top Company for Leaders through innovative and integrated talent practices.
William co-authored Make It Work, the seminal book on renewing employee/organizational engagement through a totally new and revolutionary practice called INgagement.
He is also well recognized as a speaker in the areas of total talent management, organizational engagement & leadership development.
William holds and MBA from the Garvin School of International Management, and currently resides in Nashville.
Glenn Maul is an accomplished C-level business executive skilled in Human Resources. His career has focused on building world class Human Capital capabilities and solutions aligned to business challenges. His experience spans Fortune 500 public companies as well as small and mid-size private companies. Glenn is a proven leader with a history of delivering results. He has had direct leadership/executive accountability for managing P&L, board committees, and integrating HR strategies into business deliverables.
Glenn has deep acumen and experience in all facets of Human Resources including: Compensation, Benefits, Workers Compensation, Talent Sourcing and Development, Organizational Effectiveness and Training/Associate Education, HR Information Systems, Talent and Succession planning, and employee and labor relations. In addition, he has world class competency in M&A, having had leadership roles in small to multi-billion dollar acquisitions. Glenn’s M&A expertise covers the full spectrum of transaction flow including: due diligence, deal negotiation, talent assessment, retention and placement, integration and change management and achieving revenue and cost synergies.
Glenn joined Brookdale Senior Living in April 2006. In his role as Chief People Officer, he was a member of the Executive Committee and was expected to be a business leader focusing on bottom line results through developing and implementing People strategies. He positioned Human Resources as a vital business partner and was a sought after advisor to his Senior Executive Team and Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Brookdale, Glenn worked for Sunrise Senior Living as VP Human Resources and was responsible for field operations and several corporate functions. Glenn’s career, in addition to Brookdale and Sunrise, spans over 35 years of Human Resources. Prior to concentrating in HR, Glenn gained valuable business experience and perspective working in Operations Management and Finance positions.
Glenn received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management accreditation group. He is past Chairman of the HR Forum at The Assisted Living Federation of America and currently serves that organization as an Executive member of their Operations Excellence Committee. He also is a fellow at The Sierra Institute, an advisory group for excellence in Human Resources. Glenn is a frequent speaker at professional trade groups and forums as well as in various industry related conferences.
Tim has a uniquely diverse background that spans several decades, disciplines and industries. A structured thinker and strong root cause consultant, Tim thrives on deep dives into unique problems that require a multi-disciplinary approach.
During his career, Tim was a U.S. Air Force officer and pilot, an American Airlines pilot, an airline industry financial analyst, an attorney for a global law firm, a Director of Innovation, and an adjunct professor of law.
Currently, Tim consults on legal, innovation, talent, learning and development, process improvement, project management, pricing, profitability, and technology. Notable clients include start-ups, a global law firm, a public biotech company, an international restaurant franchise, and a global consumer products company.
Tim received his B.S. magna cum laude in electrical engineering in 1986 from Tufts University where he was a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu and his M.B.A. from the University of Texas in Austin in 2002 where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for academic excellence. He received his J.D. summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2007 where he was a member of the Southern Methodist University Law Review Association and a member of the Order of the Coif and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law.
